Digital Penguin takes intellectual property rights seriously. All designs published on digital-penguin.biz are either original works created by us or content we have the right to publish.

If you believe that any content on this website infringes your intellectual property rights, please follow the procedure below and we will respond promptly.

How to Submit a Complaint

Send an email to info@digital-penguin.biz with the subject line “IP Complaint” and include the following information:

  1. Your contact details — name, email address, and if applicable, the organisation you represent
  2. Description of the content in question — the URL of the page where the allegedly infringing content appears, plus a description or screenshot of the specific design
  3. Description of your rights — what intellectual property you own and how you believe it has been infringed
  4. Proof of ownership — evidence that you hold the rights to the content in question (e.g. registration certificate, portfolio link, creation date documentation)
  5. A declaration that the information you have provided is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on their behalf

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days.

If the complaint appears valid on initial review, we will temporarily remove the content in question while we investigate further.

Following our investigation, we will contact you to discuss the outcome. Possible resolutions include:

  • The content remains if no infringement is found
  • The content is modified to remove the infringing element
  • The content is permanently removed

If a complaint cannot be resolved, the content will remain removed until an agreement is reached.
